FOOL'S GOLD 100 & 50 MILE MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE
Presented by 55nine Performance, offering bike fitting, coaching and nutrition services.
Fool's Gold 100 is the final race of the National Ultra Endurance Series and all governing rules of the NUE apply to the Fool's Gold 100.
The 2012 Fool's Gold 50/100 will again be based out of the beautiful Montaluce Winery in Dahlonega, GA. As far as the course, expect lots of fast & flowy singletrack, some doubletrack, and a fair dose of gravel road grunts. There are a couple of longer sustained climbs, but the rollers will probably be the ones to get you. FOOL'S GOLD ADVENTURE RUN
The Run course will be 6-7 miles long through the scenic hills and vineyards of Montaluce Winery and Estates. You can also take the Fool's Gold Challenge by yourself or with a partner and complete the 50 or 100 mile mountain bike race on Saturday and the run on Sunday. Visit the website for more details.
New for 2012 we also have the option to compete in the Fool's Gold Challenge. Race the 50 or 100 miler on Saturday and then compete in the Fool's Gold Adventure Run on Sunday. You can complete the challenge Solo or with a partner. The two times will be added together and awards will be given to the top finishers for the following categories:

Challenge 100 Duo
Challenge 50 Duo
Awards for the Fool's Gold Challenge will be presented with the rest of the Fool's Gold Adventure Run post-race awards.
